Ankle Flexion in Classic Skiing

Often when working through ski technique progressions, we’re building “from the ground up.” Meaning we start with the ankles, move to the knees, up to the hips, and so on. In a series of videos, we’ll be breaking down different technical components of both classic and skate skiing, using World Cup Nordic skiers as a visual for these demonstrations.
