


12-Week Summer Intermediate Worldloppet Skier
Take your Worldloppet skiing up a notch! This plan is based on around 8 hours per week of activity, including strength and building aerobic base in the off-season. Available May 1st. For advanced skiers, we recommend an individualized coaching plan (designed to be used in any language)
-Training Program delivered through TrainingPeaks including workout descriptions. Includes strength workouts for home or gym.
-Designed for people looking to improve their skiing in a Worldloppet event or do more than 1 Worldloppet event in a winter.
-Can be followed with a race specific plan, fall program, or individualized coaching
-Program is yours to keep.
