Beginning January 8th. Improve your Nordic ski fitness this winter! This group will be primarily focused on doing structured workouts to improve fitness on-snow. Workouts will be on the Royal Gorge trails on varied terrain to improve strength, endurance, and speed on cross-country skis. We will primarily be skate skiing with 2-3 classic ski sessions mixed in. Focus will be on building fitness through skiing for the season and beyond.
