Cross-country skiing is one of the best sports for lifelong health. Get ready for the winter season with a 4 week block of training. Includes in-person sessions, training guidance, strength/balance program. First block is the month of October, with late-afternoon/evening in-person sessions October 2, 9, 16, 23. Program will focus on improving aerobic fitness, developing better balance, building strength, and starting to work on technique fundamentals.
