XC Ski Strength Class

Join us for a bi-weekly (twice a week!) class focused on building fitness for cross-country skiing. It will also be a great segue strength program for trail runners (and road!). We’ll focus on developing single leg balance and power, a strong core, and a stable and efficient upper body. Cross-country skiing is one of the most aerobically demanding sports but strength helps us improve our technical efficiency. Sessions will focus on improving strength in key areas as well as targeted mobility work to ensure quality movement. Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:15-6:15 PM in Truckee, CA. Starting December 15th. Cost is for 8 session unit. Classes will not be on holidays.
