Strength and mobility programs delivered through Bridge Athletic. Will be designed for the gym, home equipment, no-equipment or a combination, depending on the client’s preferences. Strength plan will be available through Bridge Athletic (membership included). Bridge includes a messaging platform as well. In-person sessions will be focused on proper form and ensuring progress.
In-person strength sessions will average at 1 or 2/month but can/may be adjusted to accommodate scheduling. It will work out to 6 or 12 for a 6 month period. Sessions only available in Truckee.
