12-Week Spring Training for XC Skiers

While the snow has melted (or is melting!) it’s a good opportunity to build our aerobic base, strength, balance, and more key factors for XC skiing.

This 12-week program will be delivered through TrainingPeaks and a complimentary strength platform.

You’ll get feedback on key workouts. And a chance to ask questions through TrainingPeaks

What you’ll need: Running shoes, access to basic strength equipment either at home or at a gym, classic length poles.

Optional: Rollerskis, bike (and a helmet for both!), SkiErg (or similar device)
