XC ski training for the Summer and Fall! Training plan designed to build your endurance, strength, and cross country ski fitness. First 4-week cycle begins May 1st. You can purchase 1 month at a time or commit yourself to 3-, 6-, or 12-months. Discount available for Worldloppet Passport holders.

This is a great plan for those interested in racing next season or just maintaining a good level of health and fitness in their everyday lives. It is recommended that if you are targeting a race you switch to a race specific plan in the Fall (12- or 16-week). The 12 month option does not target any racing or specific events.

-3 different training volume options to choose from.

-Rollerski/non-Rollerski options.

-Access to videos for technique tips for rollerski and dryland training.
